A word to Pastors of small ministries or ministries that are struggling in this season: Just because you are small doesn’t mean you are not called, anointed or making an impact.
Stay on the wall, stay on the front line, continue to do what God has called you to do despite what you see or how you may feel.
Every church will not be a mega church. Every community need a church that will teach and preach the unadulterated truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Don’t compromise but trust God to continue to use you to make a difference in people’s lives. Whatever adjustments you must make to stay relevant and ahead of the curve, do that.
Get you a mentor or coach, model a ministry that’s doing what you would like to see happen in your ministry and curtail it to fit your ministry on the level and scale you can do it on.
Stay in God. Stay in faith. Don’t quit, give up or throw in the towel. Wait on God and move as God leads.
Mute the naysayers and keep it moving, thanking God for and appreciating those who are with you, have your back and remaining faithful, committed and consistent during this season.
God got you and he’s with you. Keep pressing!
